CAYC provides a variety of on-campus lodging options to suit your needs:

  • Dorm lodging for registered Counselors

  • 10 Ministry Lodge rooms for ministers and their families

  • RV and tent sites, open to all guests

Off-Campus Lodging

If you prefer to stay off-site, the Yelm Prairie Hotel is the closest option to camp. Additional accommodations are available in nearby Lacey, WA, offering a range of hotel choices to fit your needs.

Girls Cabins

Camp Timber Rock

Nestled at the edge of the forest, Camp Timber Rock features 15 rustic-plush log cabins surrounded by towering Washington firs. Each cabin comfortably sleeps up to 9 campers and 1 counselor, with twin-sized bunks and one twin-over-queen bunk. Each cabin includes a private bathroom and shower, offering both comfort and convenience in a beautiful natural setting.

Boys Cabins

Brightwood Station

Step back in time with a one-of-a-kind stay in our 13 boxcar cabins, set alongside a historic steam engine, caboose, and station house. These creatively repurposed train cars offer picturesque views of Mt. Rainier and the surrounding wilderness, combining rustic charm with camp comfort.

Each boxcar cabin accommodates up to 9 campers and 1 counselor, with five sets of twin-sized bunks and a private bathroom and shower.

Ministry Lodging

Lakeside Lodge

Gracefully set along the peaceful shore of Elbow Lake, Lakeside Lodge offers a serene, hotel-style retreat for up to 10 ministers and their families. Designed for rest and fellowship, the lodge features a spacious central lounge with a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, and breathtaking lakeside views—perfect for relaxing and connecting with others in ministry.

Guests staying in Lakeside Lodge receive three meals daily in the dining hall, as well as a special ministry meal after each evening service.
Each person staying must register under the Ministry Registration, as the registration fee covers all 9 meals provided during your stay.

Room Features:

  • Sleeps up to 6 guests

  • 1 queen bed + 2 sets of twin bunks

  • Private bathroom in each room

  • Bedding and towels provided

Lodge Details:

  • 10 guest rooms total

  • Capacity: 10 ministers and their families

Tents & Rv’s

Information

CAYC offers dozens of spacious RV and tent sites, perfect for families who prefer to bring their own accommodations.

  • RV sites include water and electrical hookups, with a dump station conveniently located near the camp entrance.

  • Tent sites are located near a shower building for your comfort and convenience.

Your entire family is welcome to stay with you in your RV or tent. Please note: the cost per person is the same as if staying in cabins, as it includes meals and full access to camp facilities.

Pricing

Every person staying in an RV or tent must pay the individual registration fee, which includes your site and 9 meals served in the dining hall during your stay.

  • Registration: $350 per person

Please note: the cost remains the same even if you choose not to eat the provided meals, so we highly encourage you to take full advantage of the fresh, family-style dining experience at Cascades.

Example:
If 3 people are staying in one RV, the total cost is the registration fee x 3.

If you choose to stay off-campus, please note the following:

  • Meals in the camp dining hall are not included for off-campus guests.

  • You are welcome to attend daily church services at no cost.

  • If you plan to bring your child to camp each day for services, activities, and meals, they must be registered as a camper and pay the appropriate registration fee.

  • Ministers and their families staying off-campus will not have access to regular dining hall meals, but will be provided a meal after each evening service as part of our ministry support.
